Will is honored to serve as a coach to lead the RDP alongside Kate Patterson. He hopes to boost Rising's success through sharing his knowledge and experience at an elite level, as well as engaging in the praxis of team building through an equitable lens within the Rising system and the community of Maine ultimate.
